Our Outside Sales Manager will earn $100,000 - $120,000 Annually

TRAINING PAY HIGH COMMISSIONS TEAM OVERRIDES

We are launching a door to door channel within our established solar sales org and as an Outside Sales Manager, you will be leader of the pack! If you are used to working hard to earn commissions and love the idea of keeping that high earning potential but want to enhance that by earning overrides, here is your opportunity! We are looking for someone confident in their individual ability to knock doors, set quality appointments, and amplify their earning potential by managing a team of fellow canvassing solar setters. One gamechanger with this dynamic is we will help you build your team! With our help, you'll build YOUR squad!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Personally set appointments through overcoming objections
  • Provide ongoing training and support for appointment setters, including field training
  • Coordinate scheduling with the local Area Closing Manager
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new appointment setters
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new appointment setters and oversee new hire orientation
  • Ensure weekly goals are consistently met
  • Conduct regular training meetings for the team
  • Develop team leaders within the Setting Team
  • Manage the assigned knocking area effectively
  • Contribute to creating a positive and successful team culture

Qualifications:

  • Outside Sales experience is a must
  • Door-to-door sales experience is a must
  • Experience managing a sales team is a must
  • Working nights and Saturday's will be a must
  • Based in Minneapolis or within a one hour radius to serve our local market effectively
  • Have a smart phone and vehicle for smooth communication and transportation to assigned areas
  • Maintain a level of health fitness that allows you to be on your feet for several hours daily
  • Proficiency with canvassing software or database/lead management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude in all situations

Example of a typical week in the life:

  • Meetings/Training
    • Monday & Thursday: 1pm - 2pm
  • Field Work (In an assigned territory)
    • Monday - Friday: 2pm - 8pm
    • Saturday: 9am - 3pm
